At NovelaHealthPK, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• The item must not be damaged or altered.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged items.

• Items without original packaging.

• Personal care, hygiene, or health-related products that have been opened or used.

4. Refund Policy

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Refunds may be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or store credit.

• Processing time: 3–7 working days after approval.

5. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, NovelaHealthPK will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

6. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before shipment.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you may request a return after receiving the order according to this policy.
